Understanding the Product Owner Accountability
The Product Owner is accountable for maximising the value of the product resulting from the work of the Scrum Team.
In this course, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of Product Ownership within Scrum, including Product Goals, Product Backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, value, empiricism and how the Product Owner works with Developers and the Scrum Master.

No. Previous Scrum or Product Owner experience is not required. The Launchpad builds the Scrum and Product Ownership foundations you need while gradually moving into practical application.

No. The Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) assessment is purchased separately through Scrum.org and is not included in the course fee.

The Launchpad is designed to help you prepare for the PSPO I assessment by strengthening your understanding of Scrum and Product Ownership and identifying areas where you may need further study.
