Cancellations, postponements and transfers 10 days prior to course commencement

We understand that things come up.

If you need to make a change up to 10 days before the first day of class, you can:

  • postpone your registration to another class up to the value of the registration fee you paid,

  • transfer your registration to another person;

  • or receive a partial refund of 90% of the registration fee.

Registrations that have been postponed or transferred once are no longer eligible for postponement, transfer or refund.

Cancellations, postponements and transfers within 10 days of course commencement

As a small business, we are unable to accommodate cancellations, postponements or transfers within 10 days of the first day of class. Therefore, in this scenario, 100% of the registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

This policy helps to ensure the class you register for runs as planned and means we almost never have to cancel a class due to low participation.

Requesting to cancel, postpone or transfer a registration

Requests to cancel, postpone or transfer a registration must be made in writing to hello@agilerockets.com within the applicable timeframe.

Course Cancellations

In the unlikely event that the minimum number of people required for the course is not reached 10 days before the course date, the course may be cancelled. People who are registered for the cancelled course will be offered a full refund or a place on the next course.

If the course is cancelled for any reason, Agile Rockets will not be held liable for any additional delegate costs incurred, such as travel and accommodation.

Wait List

When a class is full, we will start a waiting list. If we have cancellations, we will use this list–on a first-come, first-served basis–to fill the open places. If no more tickets are available, contact hello@agilerockets.com to be added to the waiting list.
