Hi, I’m Dominik.
I’m an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, trainer, and certified SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) with a passion for helping people grow and organisations improve the way they work.
Over the years, I’ve supported teams, leaders, and organisations across different industries in adopting Agile ways of working, improving collaboration, and delivering better outcomes.
I’ve seen Agile transformations succeed—and I’ve seen them fail.
The difference is rarely the framework.
It’s how people understand it, apply it, and work together every day.
That’s why my training is always practical, interactive, and focused on real-world application rather than simply preparing participants to pass an exam.
