Our SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager course includes an optional onboarding session (under 1 hour) designed to ensure a smooth start. During the session we:

Day 1 — Roles, Value & Customer Focus
Discover how Product Owners and Product Managers collaborate within SAFe to deliver customer value at scale. You’ll explore the customer-centric mindset, defining value, managing backlogs, and working effectively with Agile teams. Expect practical discussions, real-world examples, and interactive learning.

Day 2 — Planning, Prioritization & Delivery
Focus on applying SAFe in practice — from Program Increment (PI) Planning and prioritization techniques to aligning stakeholders, managing roadmaps, and supporting successful product delivery. The day also includes practical insights, exam preparation guidance, and time for questions.

This optional session (up to 4 hours) is designed as a flexible follow-up after the training. The schedule focuses on open Q&A, deeper discussion of selected topics, and hands-on exercises based on participant needs. It’s an opportunity to clarify concepts, address real-world challenges, and reinforce practical skills in a supportive setting.
