As the founder of Agile Rockets, I help individuals, teams, and organisations succeed with Agile ways of working - from initial adoption to scaling with SAFe®. My focus is always on practical application, real-world relevance, and learning experiences that create lasting impact.

I’m a certified PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, and SAFe® Program Consultant (SPC), combining structured project management expertise with deep Agile experience. This allows me to bridge traditional and Agile approaches in a way that makes sense for modern organisations.

In my trainings and consulting work, I prioritise clarity, interaction, and real business value. Rather than just teaching frameworks, I help people build confidence, strengthen collaboration, and apply Agile principles in ways that truly work in their context.

I’m passionate about creating engaging, supportive learning environments where questions are welcome, challenges are explored openly, and participants leave not only certified - but ready to make a difference.
