Hi, I’m Dominik.

I help professionals build the confidence to apply Scrum and SAFe in the real world—not just pass a certification exam.

After working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach across different organisations, I realised many training courses focused heavily on theory but left participants wondering how to apply what they had learned once they returned to work.

That’s why I founded Agile Rockets.

Every course I teach combines the official curriculum with practical discussion, real-world examples and interactive exercises that prepare you for the challenges you’ll face as a Scrum Master.

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe the best learning happens through discussion, curiosity and practical application.

My goal isn’t simply to prepare you for an exam. It’s to help you leave the course confident enough to facilitate your next Daily Scrum, support your Product Owner or contribute to a successful PI Planning event.

That means you’ll spend less time listening to slides and more time asking questions, discussing real situations and learning from practical examples.

Why I teach, mentor and coach professionals

After several years working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I noticed the same challenge repeatedly.

People completed trainings and certification courses.

They even passed the exam.

Then on Monday morning they still felt unsure how to perform their role.

I started Agile Rockets because I wanted to bridge that gap.

Today every course is designed with one goal:

Helping professionals build confidence through practical learning.
