The AI-Empowered SAFe Scrum Master course goes beyond team-level Scrum fundamentals to prepare you for the Scrum Master role in a SAFe enterprise. Over two days, you will learn to facilitate Scrum and SAFe events, support PI Planning and Iteration execution, coach teams for continuous improvement, and improve flow across the ART. The course includes responsible AI practices to support facilitation, retrospectives, and coaching.
Complete both days and you are eligible to sit the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification exam. With our optional bonus sessions you also receive dedicated coaching and preparation for the exam.
