BEYOND THE SCRUM GUIDE
Knowing Scrum Is One Thing. Helping a Team Use It Is Another.
Understanding Scrum’s accountabilities, events and artifacts is important. But the real challenge starts when you need to apply that knowledge with an actual team.
Scrum Masters need to facilitate difficult conversations, support self-management, navigate impediments and help teams improve - often without having formal authority or a simple answer.
The Scrum Master Launchpad bridges the gap between understanding Scrum and developing the practical capability to support a team effectively.
Prepare for the assessment. Develop for the role.

CERTIFICATION & ASSESSMENT
Prepare for PSM I. Develop Beyond It.
The Scrum Master Launchpad helps you prepare for the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) assessment while building practical skills you can use with real Scrum Teams.
Certification is an important milestone, but the goal of the Launchpad is bigger: helping you develop the understanding and confidence to perform effectively in the Scrum Master role.
Prepare for the assessment.
Develop for the role.
WHY THIS LAUNCHPAD
Built for the Role. Not Just the Assessment.
The Scrum Master Launchpad is designed around a simple idea: understanding Scrum matters, but becoming effective in the role requires practice, reflection and the confidence to work with real people and real challenges.
Turn Knowledge Into Action.
Work with realistic situations, exercises and challenges that connect Scrum concepts to the everyday reality of the Scrum Master role.
01 - Practical
Connect Theory With Reality.
Benefit from hands-on experience working with Agile teams and organisations, including the situations where Scrum isn’t as straightforward as the textbook suggests.
02 - Interactive
Learn by Participating.
Discuss, practise, reflect and learn with others rather than spending two days passively listening to presentations.
03 - Experience-Based
Make Space for Your Questions.
A focused learning environment creates room for discussion, individual questions and the situations that matter to you.
