SAFe® Agilist (Leading SAFe) Training
The Leading SAFe® course provides you with a comprehensive introduction to the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and shows how organizations successfully implement Agile at scale. You will learn the core principles of Lean-Agile Leadership and understand how teams, programs, and portfolios collaborate to continuously deliver value.
During the training, you will gain practical insights into the structure of an Agile Release Train (ART), the roles of leaders and teams in a SAFe organization, and the key concepts for successfully implementing SAFe. You will also learn how to introduce SAFe in your organization and effectively enable collaboration between teams.
Bonus Session
To ensure you feel fully supported as you move toward your certification, we are offering an additional Bonus Session. This is your space to dive deeper into complex topics, clarify specific concepts and we have a deeper look on how you implement the concepts in the real world. Please note that this session is entirely optional. You will meet all official SAFe certification requirements by completing the standard course hours. Think of this as an extra resource to ensure your success and mastery of the material.
The date for the bonus session (e.g. Q&A, Exam Preparation, Practical Application Deep-Dive) will be scheduled together with the participants to ensure everyone can attend.
This session usually takes place 2 to 7 days after the live training and can be held either as:
one session (up to 4 hours), or
two separate sessions (e.g. 2 × 2 hours)

Certification
After finishing the training, you will be eligible to take the Leading SAFe® certification exam. Once you pass the exam, you will receive the official Leading SAFe® certification and a digital certification badge.
