SAFe Product Owner/ Product Manager
Develop the essential skills to guide value delivery in a Lean enterprise and become a SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager.
In this course, you will learn how to effectively perform your role within an Agile Release Train (ART) as it delivers value through Planning Intervals (PIs). You will gain an understanding of how Lean Thinking is applied to break down Epics into Features and Stories, refine Features and Stories, manage ART and Team backlogs, and successfully execute iterations and planning intervals.
You will also learn how the Continuous Delivery Pipeline and a strong DevOps culture contribute to the ongoing improvement of the ART. Get the full course description and additional information here.
Bonus Session
To ensure you feel fully supported as you move toward your certification, we are offering an additional Bonus Session. This is your space to dive deeper into complex topics, clarify specific concepts and we have a deeper look on how you implement the concepts in the real world. Please note that this session is entirely optional. You will meet all official SAFe certification requirements by completing the standard course hours. Think of this as an extra resource to ensure your success and mastery of the material.
The date for the bonus session (e.g. Q&A, Exam Preparation, Practical Application Deep-Dive) will be scheduled together with the participants to ensure everyone can attend.
This session usually takes place 2 to 7 days after the live training and can be held either as:
one session (up to 4 hours), or
two separate sessions (e.g. 2 × 2 hours)

Certification
After finishing the training, you will be eligible to take the SAFe® Product Owner/ Product Manager certification exam. Once you pass the exam, you will receive the official SAFe® certification and a digital certification badge.
