Our SAFe for Teams course includes an optional onboarding session (under 1 hour) designed to ensure a smooth start. During the session we:
Confirm technical requirements (audio, webcam, browser, platform access and recommended settings).
Verify you have required course materials and pre-work completed.
Review the course schedule, platform navigation and assessment logistics.
Answer any questions about course content
The onboarding is optional but recommended for participants new to virtual training or to our learning platform. Sessions are scheduled before the course start and can be arranged at a time that suits your timezone.

Day 1 - Working Effectively in a SAFe Environment
Learn how Agile teams collaborate within the SAFe framework and how Agile Release Trains deliver value together. You’ll explore team roles, events, and collaboration practices, supported by interactive exercises and real-world examples.

Day 2 - Applying SAFe in Daily Teamwork
Focus on practical application - from iteration planning and team collaboration to improving flow and continuous delivery. The day also includes practical insights, exam preparation guidance, and time for questions and reflection.

This optional session (up to 4 hours) is designed as a flexible follow-up after the training. The schedule focuses on open Q&A, deeper discussion of selected topics, and hands-on exercises based on participant needs.
