Launching AI-Native ARTs

Launching AI-Native ARTs is a two-day SAFe® course and workshop designed to help organisations launch a new AI-Native Agile Release Train (ART) or transform an existing ART.

Participants explore the 12 critical success factors of AI-Native SAFe®, use the AI-Native ART Launch Readiness Assessment to assess their organisation, and develop a practical action plan for their AI-Native ART launch.

The course is particularly relevant for RTEs, Product Management, System Architects, Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters and leaders involved in launching or transforming an ART.
