The AI-Empowered SAFe Leading SAFe course equips leaders with the foundational knowledge to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework. Over four days, you will learn to align complex organisations around clear strategic objectives, organise teams around the flow of value, and apply responsible AI prompting techniques to strengthen your leadership practice.
The course covers the full breadth of the SAFe framework, from Lean-Agile mindset and PI Planning through to Lean Portfolio Management and leading organisational change. Participants develop the skills to connect strategy with execution and create the conditions for sustained business agility. Complete both days and you are eligible to sit the SAFe Agilist (SA) certification exam.
