Lead Enterprise Agility with the SAFe Agilist Certification
The SAFe Agilist course equips leaders and change agents with the knowledge and tools to scale agile across the enterprise, covering Lean-Agile principles, SAFe core values, and the roles, events and artefacts of the Framework; participants learn to lead Agile Release Trains, align strategy and execution, establish continuous value delivery, and apply Lean portfolio management to drive business outcomes.
